Las prestaciones, dimensiones, lotes y coste de las piezas a pintar definir\u00e1n el mejor proceso adapt\u00e1ndonos a las necesidades del producto final.<\/p>\n

Pintura en polvo<\/h2>\n

Proceso:<\/strong> Sistema de recubrimiento industrial en base polvo<\/strong>, que se adhiere mediante carga electroest\u00e1tica<\/strong> a la pieza formando una pel\u00edcula homog\u00e9nea y dura<\/strong>. Aplicaci\u00f3n de calor necesaria, mediante un horno entre 180 grados y 220 grados para que la pintura polimerice.<\/p>\n

Dimensiones:<\/strong> piezas de 6 metros de largo y 1,5 metros de alto.<\/p>\n

Aplicaciones:<\/strong> Debido a su dureza y propiedades superficiales<\/strong>, est\u00e1 indicada para piezas con grandes cargas mec\u00e1nicas y largas producciones, siendo el coste de aplicaci\u00f3n el m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

Ventajas:<\/strong> Pintura muy respetuosa con el medio ambiente<\/strong> (sin disolventes ni part\u00edculas vol\u00e1tiles). Precio econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

Pintado en l\u00edquido<\/h2>\n

Proceso:<\/strong> Recubrimiento mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de pintura diluida sobre todo tipo de superficies y materiales. Se aplica en cabinas presurizadas, en ambiente 100% libre de impurezas.<\/p>\n

Dimensiones:<\/strong> piezas de 6 metros de largo.<\/p>\n

Ventajas:<\/strong> Ideal para series cortas y prototipos debido a su aplicaci\u00f3n. Indicada para piezas con alto componente est\u00e9tico y\/o requisitos especiales de temperatura, humedad y resistencia a la oxidaci\u00f3n ( procesos C4, C5M y Norsok).<\/p>\n

Pintado electroest\u00e1tico en l\u00edquido<\/h2>\n

Proceso:<\/strong> H\u00edbrido entre los dos procesos anteriores. Recubrimiento mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de pintura l\u00edquida con carga magn\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Dimensiones:<\/strong> Sin l\u00edmite de dimensi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n

Ventajas: <\/strong>Indicada para piezas con alto componente est\u00e9tico en series largas. Presenta los est\u00e1ndares est\u00e9ticos de la aplicaci\u00f3n en l\u00edquido pero con los costes productivos de la pintura en polvo.<\/p>\n
